Airosmith Engineering is currently seeking a full-time Structural Engineering Production Manager to join their team. This positon is responsible for managing project engineers and structural engineering production activities. Duties include but are not limited to mastering appropriate standards and customer requirements, employee training and development, developing tools and templates and final deliverable QAQC. Strong time management, organization skills, and self-motivation are highly important qualities for this role.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and/or budget all internal activities concerned with the management of assigned Structural projects with a proactive approach.
- Define scope of services for the project and identify anything that is out of scope.
- Manage assigned production staff including engineers and administrators.
- Interact directly with project managers to ensure all client expectations are met within required timelines.
- Act as the technical lead for production staff, to include training, problem solving, and performing the final QA/QC of production deliverables.
- Manage project activities ensuring scope, schedule and budget are in line with client objectives.
- Coordinate sites with all third-party vendors and disciplines as required.
- Provide timelines and forecasts for structural engineering deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience providing telecom-related structural engineering services.
- Ability to function in high pressure, date driven environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling and project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of tnxTower and RISA 3D.
- Problem solving, issue management, independent thinking and decision-making mindset.
Education, Certificates and Licenses:
- Professional Engineer (PE) with North Carolina State licensure preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
Salary Range, based on experience, skill, eduction, certificates and licenses:
- $90,000-$100,000, without a Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- $95,000-$105,000, with a Professional Engineer (PE) licensure within North Carolina State.
