Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a passion for nurturing young minds. This position offers the opportunity to lead and inspire students in a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods to engage students
- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in toddler care or early childhood education
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to tutor and educate students effectively
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience in special education or physical education is a plus
