We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of service.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our assisted living community. This includes overseeing staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high standard of care and service for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the assisted living community.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Manage the community’s budget and financial performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and the community.
- Must have a Idaho State Assisted Living License
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in assisted living or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
- Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
