Overview:
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing payroll processing support and general administrative task support
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll for location employees, which involves:
- Validating and maintaining accurate employee set-up in payroll systems
- Collecting documentation to input data into a time keeping system – WFM(kronos)

Auditing payroll information for accuracy
- Running, analyzing, and distributing reporting for approval

Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person, via email or telephone
- Manage uniform ordering process for frontline employees
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization for payment.

Maintain confidentiality of confidential documents and information
- Comply with company document retention records policy as it relates to all processes.
- Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
- AR/AP via SAP

Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions accurately and timely.

Verifies accounts/reports by reconciling statements/documents and transactions.

Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments if warranted, payments, or adjustments.

Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls

Back up support for cashiering
Compensation & Benefits:
-
The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred

3+ years of experience providing administrative support
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, with significant attention to detail

Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency

Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative

Responsible and reliable
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
