Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating and facilitating subcontractor scheduling needs to Lead Foreman for project progress.
- Maintaining weekly schedule tool
- Manage the Project Management Schedule to project start
- Provide timely project status updates to Lead Foreman
- Placing, organizing and communicating all material deliveries and returns through trim phase of project to Lead Foreman for timely ordering ensuring project progress
- Facilitating all quality control in received materials over $2,000
- Listing and selling all materials unable to return
- Ensure permit has been applied for and preconstruction meetings are scheduled
- Coordinate subcontractor permits if necessary, keep box, dumpster, porta -John, schedule before and after photos of each project
- Maintain all Google Drive records - Pictures, contracts, COs, inspections, permits, work schedules and files etc.
- Prepare and log project Change Orders with Owner/Head Contractor
- Organizing and assisting with Contractor Foreman Punch List and To Do lists
- Communicate to labor force for adequate pictures and leadership team for help for quality control checks
- Quality Control - Ensuring all tasks are completed 100% at all phases
- Coordination, scheduling and meeting sub-contractors on site; maintaining positive relationship with sub-contractors
- Participating in all weekly Leadership and Project Progress meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or Assistant Project Manager in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
