Position Summary
We are seeking a Contracts Manager to scale our legal department and support key business functions across the company. This person will play an essential role in managing various legal agreements, assisting with the review, redlining, negotiation, and execution of agreements and terms and conditions to support our customers on solar projects. They will contribute significantly to our Legal team's client service and will be instrumental in the growth of our business.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced environment and enthusiastic about developing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including order entry, allocation, shipping, and delivery tracking.
- Analyze order data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve order discrepancies and address issues related to product availability and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, warehouse, and transportation teams to streamline operations and meet customer expectations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Proficiency with OMS, ERP, and inventory control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
