We are open Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-9:00pm and Friday-Saturday 4:30pm-10:00pm.
The Expeditor is primarily responsible for plating food orders and ensuring the food is delivered to the customer's tables rapidly and accurately as well as upholds the standards of the restaurant. Maintaining presentation standards and quality of the food is extremely important to the expeditors role. It is this person who will maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organization of order tickets, and communicate effectively with Kitchen. Is a liaison between servers and line cooks during their open hours.
Must have previous Experience as Food Expediter.
