The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the management and performance of strategic key accounts for the development and anchoring of the brand in the US.
In a context of strong growth, and within the commercial division, the Key Account Manager will have the following main missions:
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Lead and maintain a portfolio of existing clients;
- Analyze the brand's performance and challenges with these customers;
- Provide strategic recommendations and lead their implementation, in conjunction with internal teams;
- Interact with the field team to collect "best practices", measure the impact of the actions put in place and implement new ones;
- Establish POS sales forecasts and sell in forecasts;
- Seize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities;
- Participate in business development by prospecting new retail targets, then lead the negotiation, account opening and long-term relationship.

TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- BAA in business administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer account management.
- Minimum of 2 years of management of major key accounts (such as pharmacy chains or large chains such as Walmart, Costco, Target, Ulta Beauty, etc.)
- Experience with retailers, a strong asset.
- Autonomous, structured and skilled in coordinating projects with different teams
- Very good interpersonal skills and a keen sense of negotiation
- Developed analytical capacity and mastery of Excel (TCD)
- Ability to communicate and exchange ideas easily
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities within tight deadlines
- Be able to perform multiple tasks within a dynamic environment
- Experience in the world of dermo-cosmetics sector, an asset
