Responsibilities
-
Check in/out patients
-
Print New Patient and/or follow up Packets and assist patients with completing forms if necessary
-
Scans insurance cards and identification into EMR
-
Responsible for registering and verifying insurance and add-on patients
-
Collect copays/deductibles/co-insurance amounts
-
Data Enter patient information into the appropriate databases
-
Updates patient demographic information, make sure address and insurance is correct
-
Support physicians and other staff members with paperwork, reports, and prior images as needed
-
Calls patients to confirm appointments
-
Completes opening and closing procedures
-
Keeps clinic lobby straight and orderly
-
Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team to facilitate the department’s ability to meet its goals and objectives

Maintain confidentiality of all patients

Requirements-
Bi-Lingual, Spanish & English, required

1 year of customer service
-
High School Diploma or equivalent,
-
PACs experience a plus
-
Minimum 2-year experience in a physician practice or outpatient clinic setting

Business Hours Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm, occassional/rotating Saturday
