Our law firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the Litigation Assistant position in our Litigation Department. This position offers great benefits and fast growth potential!
Responsibilities:
- E-filing.
- Coordinating appointments with clients.
- Communication with opposing counsel.
- File preparation for appearances.
- Drafting pleadings and judicial council forms.
- On demand tasks from attorneys and/or paralegals.
The ideal candidate must have:
- High school diploma or higher required.
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management.
- 100% in person position, no hybrid positions available!

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
