Martin Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a customer service representative, and we will pay to train candidates with no prior experience who are looking for a career opportunity. This is a great entry position and many of our long-term employees started in this customer service position. Our agency has been growing rapidly for the past few years and we are looking for another positive, energetic professional interested in working for a company that promotes from within. Must be great with people and possess strong computer skills. Position includes great benefits including an increase in pay upon obtaining an insurance license, 3 weeks paid time off and paid holidays, health insurance, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
Job Responsibilities include the following:
- Interacts with customers by phone or in person to provide customer service.
- Provides information concerning billing, changes in service, and cancellations.
- Answers customer’s questions regarding products or services.
- Converses with customers to obtain personal information in a friendly, upbeat manner.
- Prepares policy documents as requested.
- Generate and deliver invoices to selected customers.
- Processes and assists with claims.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
