We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual who is passionate about aviation and community outreach. As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll work closely with our Director of Account Management to lead client accounts, provide expert counsel, develop, and execute successful communication plans, and achieve measurable results. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, with a deep understanding of marketing, who can think critically and write persuasively.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback. Manage and translate client request into effective communication strategies.
Manage project schedules, assets, content, and expectations in an organized and thorough manner. Inspire cross-functional client teams to deliver exceptional results and creative thinking.
Provide strategic counsel to clients and lead communication efforts, including bi-weekly/monthly reports and clip books.
Execute client marketing plans and manage budgets effectively.
Stay up-to-date on media trends, develop targeted media lists, and create editorial calendars to generate opportunities for clients.
Write compelling pitches, releases, advisories, and other marketing materials.
Work with all members of a client team to gather deliverables and status reports for major milestones, then lead the client presentation.
Ensure that protocols (like naming conventions and project brief) are being followed.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in account management/client service is required or 5+ years of agency experience, specifically with luxury brands or aviation.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or Marketing. Excellent written, negotiation and oral communication skills.
The ability to problem-solve, confidently make decisions, and lead projects with empathy and authority. Project management experience using tools such as Wrike, Google Drive, Notion, or Microsoft Teams is a plus. Ability to travel within Florida.
Public relations knowledge is a plus.
Passion for staying current on marketing trends and continuous learning.
