Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Experience Specialist. As a Customer Experience Specialist at Stix Golf, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our brand voice and standard of excellence.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide enriching customer experiences across multiple channels in a timely and professional manner. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer complete solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. (email, phone, live chat, social media, etc)
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and services. Assist customers from product selection to order placement. Provide recommendations and assistance to ensure solutions meet their unique needs.
Order Management: Monitor and support from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment. Collaborate with internal and external logistics partners to track shipments and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system. Post purchase support will include but may not be limited to: returns, exchanges, warranties.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues and/or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma: bachelor’s degree in communication or business management preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in the e-commerce or golf industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Self starter that has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Passionate about the game of golf and eager to share your passion with others.
