WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAMPIONS DO (Among Other Things)
- Positively represent the FGM brand at all times, including providing excellent customer service to client accounts via phone and email
- Effectively communicate with contractors, designers, coworkers, and homeowners
- Go above and beyond for our customers, offering solution based and helpful dialogue
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Process completed tickets while checking for accuracy within our in-house software system
- Facilitate the go-back process by validating information and coordinating next steps
- Monitor and update in-house software system daily while ensuring proper processes and procedures with their extended team
- Take ownership of the data change process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Support immediate and extended teams, while adding value and heightened contribution
- Liaison with install teams to communicate vital information and propel the department forward
- Embrace opportunities to learn new skills and better methodologies
QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST excel in customer service skills via phone and email
