A dynamic, growth oriented, well established private wealth financial advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Client Service Coordinator. This position will assist advisors with all client service needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and resolve client service needs by answering phone calls and emails.
- Contact corporate office, when needed, to service clients.
- Process financial transactions by direction of advisor.
- Prepare and process necessary applications and forms for new business.
- Manage and track follow-up client service items.
- Maintain client management system - Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of similar work experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and accurate with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Salary and Benefits:
- $21.50 to $28.50 based on experience, knowledge, and compentency
