We are a growing medical office in immediate need of a topflight receptionist, someone motivated by the challenge to expand both his and her technical skills in the development of a strong medical group. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The right candidate must be an outgoing self-starter who believes in a more conservative approach to helping health care patients.
The following are requirements:
upbeat 100% of the time
ensure all patients are checked in and out
collect/process all monies from patients at each appointment
opening and closing of office
charts are kept in an orderly fashion (electronically)
preparing for next day
will always foresee the schedule of the day and week to ensure smooth flow of patients through the office and maximize staff efficiency

Must be available between the hours of 8:30 am to as late as 7 pm Monday through Thursday.
