We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our healthcare team. As the Medical Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our medical office, ensuring efficient operations, excellent patient care, and positive impressions by providing warm encounters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling, patient registration, billing, and medical records.
- Supervise administrative staff and oversee staffing schedules and performance.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and manage patient inquiries and complaints.
- Enhance and implement office policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
- Monitor and manage office budget, expenses, and supplies procurement.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery.
- Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain medical and office supplies inventory.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff competence and compliance.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Being punctual, self-motivated, reliable. and detail oriented.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing systems.
- Proficiency in medical software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or relevant field preferred.
- Certification in Healthcare Office Management (e.g., CMOM) is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
