```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and schedule bar staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Train new employees on bar policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
