Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Teachers to join our team and provide exceptional care and education to young children. If you have experience working with children and are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment, we want to hear from you.
Blue Book School in Dayton, Ohio is looking for teachers (Leads, Assistant and/or floaters) to add to our current team. Our current Teacher openings are across all groups (infant, Toddler and Preschoolers).
Responsibilities:
- Educate and engage children in various activities to promote their physical, social, and intellectual development
- Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and students with special needs
- Implement behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Create and maintain a structured classroom setting conducive to learning
- Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children under your care
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Proficiency in toddler care, infant care, and special education practices
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively guide student behavior
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children
- Experience in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with child development theories and practices
- Certification in early childhood education or related field
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in childcare settings
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators

Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
