Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Community Liaison to become a part of our home health care team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin for forging and nurturing ties with community entities — from local members and groups to key organizations and stakeholders. Your mission will be to champion our cause, spread the word about our offerings, and spearhead our outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute dynamic strategies to pull the community into our orbit and boost visibility for our organization.
- Act as the go-to person for all community relations, fielding questions and shedding light on our services.
- Work hand-in-hand with our teams to shape and roll out impactful marketing drives.
- Take the reins of our social media presence, crafting compelling content and keeping a pulse on digital discourse.
- Wave our banner high at public gatherings, steering committee pow-wows, and professional meetups.
- Lead and organize informative sessions and workshops delving into addiction counseling, social work, and how our programs are shaped.
- Play a part in penning grant applications and driving fundraising campaigns.
- Forge and fortify alliances with community partners to unearth opportunities for mutual support and exchange.
- Gather insights and feedback from community interactions to steer our program enhancements.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities, aligning with our identity as a home health care agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A natural at interpersonal interactions, capable of connecting with a spectrum of personalities and collectives.
- Exceptional communicator, both in the written word and verbal expression.
- Skilled in navigating social media tools and platforms.
- Adept at juggling multiple undertakings and adhering to timelines.
- A background in program crafting or project oversight is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with the tenets of addiction counseling will be advantageous.
- Self-starter with a flair for leadership and the capacity to operate autonomously.
- Administrative prowess, coupled with a firm grasp of the Microsoft Office ecosystem.
