ES&D is a national provider of truck washing services located in Robins, IA. We were founded in 1989 and have grown to operate in over 15 states. We are looking to add a home office administrator to our staff. This position is part time (20 hours/week). Normal hours are 8AM-12PM M-F.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Hiring Assistance:

Assist office personnel with onboarding process when required

Coordinate our internal hiring process

Screen resumes and application forms based on essential criteria
General Office Duties:
-
Route Phone Calls
-
Help coordinate and participate in team meetings.
Payroll:
-
Contacting Facilities
-
Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
-
Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission.
Billing/Invoicing:
-
Resolving billing inconsistencies and errors
-
Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer

Supporting other personnel in calculating and tracking various company financial statements
Required skills:

QuickBooks experience
-
Detail oriented
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Teams...etc.)
