Malvern Treatment Centers is looking for a full time evening shift Receptionist to work Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm. This position is a full time benefit eligible opportunity and we are seeking someone who has exceptional customer service skills.
The Receptionist is responsible for responding to incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors in a manner that conveys a friendly, caring, interested, helpful, and home-like atmosphere. He or she answers calls for multi-line switchboard and routes calls to the appropriate departments patients, or employees.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED at a minimum, the skills and experience to maintain the flow of communications, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and organize in an effective manner. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers the multi-line switchboard, transfers calls, and takes and delivers messages
Greets visitors and guests and provides direction and/or connection to the right person
Maintains tracking of Malvern employees throughout the day
Types work promptly with minimum supervision
Sorts and distributes mail
Maintains office supplies for copier and postage machine
Maintains change for patients
Maintains dates of treatment letters for patients and is prompt with requests
Sets up and confirms appointments as needed
Maintains in-services and organizes and tracks dates
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience preferred
