We are looking for a passionate and skilled Acting Instructor to provide high-quality virtual lessons to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in film, theater, and voice acting, with additional experience in public speaking being a significant advantage. This role requires a flexible and creative approach to teaching, as well as the ability to connect with students of all ages and skill levels in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual acting lessons in film, theater, and voice acting for individuals and small groups.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of each student.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Assist clients in developing their public speaking skills, including speech writing, delivery, and confidence-building techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in acting and public speaking.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience for all students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in film, theater, and voice acting.
- Experience in public speaking coaching is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using virtual teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate teaching environment for virtual sessions.
