Position: Client Services Specialist
Job Description: PetData is seeking a full-time Client Services Specialist. The Client Services Specialist works with the Chief Operations Officer to provide administrative and project management support to the company’s clients, as well as internal data analysis and administration. PetData’s clients are primarily cities, counties and animal services agencies who are responsible for their municipal pet licensing program. The position is 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities: The Client Services Specialist will work on the following:
- Reconcile reports with bank statements in order to prepare month-end invoices for PetData’s clients.
- Track internal statistics and prepare reports in Excel.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for clients.
- Write text and design notices for each new client implementation and update forms for client changes.
- Communicate with clients and internal staff regularly to meet goals and deadlines, resolve questions, and provide outstanding service.
- Perform user testing for the database, website, and phones for new client implementations as well as new features or changes.
- Data administration tasks.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with very strong grammar and spelling skills. Able to build rapport with clients via email and phone. Quick learner with high attention to detail who seeks to understand. Proficient in Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and preferably with Adobe InDesign. Enjoys learning new tasks and software. Self-motivated. Meets deadlines and keeps track of multiple tasks and projects. Pleasant and patient demeanor. Works well with others and can handle pressure. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
