Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Use POS/Reservation system to manage seating arrangements and track reservations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with POS/Reservation system is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
