ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
Marketing
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Identify effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Track and maintain competitor analytics, summaries and maintain contact with competitors.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Assist with creating and updating marketing language for various advertising platforms.
Pipeline
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Foster relationships with external and internal referral sources.
- Participate in marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
- Represent Knollwood at off-site events
- Plan and execute special events (3-4 Open Houses annually; senior networking luncheons, etc.)
- Meet expected Independent Living sales goals for sales contacts, appointments, and completed sales.
- Conduct follow up with IL prospects either through phone, email, mail, or appointments to ensure that they are well informed of the move-in options and process.
Conduct tours of community including walk-ins.
Sales/Closing
- Set up appointments with Independent Living prospects for tours of the community
- Initiate and process applications (to include financial and medical) and process deposits
- Notify depositor of approval/disapproval status of financial application and if approved
- Set appointment for contract signing in a timely manner. Process the customer’s deposits.
- Schedule closing/move-in dates appropriate to the contract. Work cooperatively with other departments for the benefit of the new resident to transition to Community in a stress-free environment
- Assist with resident apartment customization and track apartment renovations.
Documentation and Administration
- Organize and maintain CRM database with accurate and timely daily/weekly tracking for calls, appointments, follow-ups and customer file system.
- Collect Application Documentation
- Prepare monthly Marketing reports for review by Director of Marketing and Admissions
- Compile analytics for quarterly Board Meetings.
- Abide by ADF/Knollwood’s code of conduct in performance of their duties
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
