Job Summary:
- Provide leadership to guide sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Meet or exceed minimum performance standards as established by Sales Leadership on established KPIs.
- Communicate and champion the company’s goals and initiatives to team members.
- Provide coaching and developmental plans to team members as needed to drive improved performance.
- Ensure team members are held accountable to company policies, production, activity and quality standards.
- Monitor and audit team member system to ensure appropriate productivity and data integrity.
- Responsible for keeping a full staffed team including partnering with Human interviewing and hiring.
- Responsible for the culture, moral and motivation of the team members.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting for team members
- Responsible for daily lead distribution, weekly spiff distribution and scheduling of team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- 2+ years of managing a remote team
- 2+ years managing a call center.
- Must qualify for a Florida telemarketing license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
