Logan Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Sales and Installation Coordinator to join our team! You will assist Sales personnel in closing jobs and oversee day to day scheduling operations for installations.

Coordinate appointments and optimize scheduling, prepare reports, update and maintain schedules, process finance documents, backup for answering phones, timesheet entry, AR reports and collections, file equipment registrations and rebates, permits and inspections, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles preferably within the HVAC industry
- Strong problem solving skills to address unexpected challenges
- Critical thinking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy in maintaining records
- Must have a customer service focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
