As a Growth & Planning Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting organization standards. Reporting to the VP of Growth and Planning, this role will assist the Chief Growth Officer and Growth & Planning Team with initiatives such as Brand Innovation Initiatives, the Strategic Partnership Program, Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives and Real Estate team support. You will take charge of the project by partnering with our internal teams, , field teams, vendors, and strategic partners. Your role will involve resource management, fostering effective communication with cross-functional teams, and guiding projects through initial planning to implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Management of internal project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and coordination, assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with internal teams, vendor partners, and strategic partnership contacts.
- Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and foster strong relationships.
- Support the discovery, planning and implementation of new brand innovations.
- Managing day-to-day needs of affiliate strategic partnership relationships and brand partnership promotional calendar.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives - Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.
- Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
- Support teams in real estate conference planning and implementation.
- Project Manager will work with regional internal Growth and Real Estate teams, and vendor partners to develop and implement growth project plans including:
- Managing new gym amenities projects and timelines
- Executive presentation management and support
Qualifications:
- Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward with clear deadlines and team action items.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Capacity to identify challenges, analyze situations, and find creative solutions under pressure.
- Flexibility to navigate changes while maintaining project progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Skill in fostering teamwork, resolving conflicts, and building positive working relationships.
- Confidence in making informed decisions aligned with project goals and priorities. Ability to seek guidance as necessary to facilitate tough decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in Smartsheet Project Management System is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and vendors.
- Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
