The role of Information Services Storehouse Inventory Coordinator is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing inventory levels within our storehouse. This position entails meticulous record-keeping, efficient coordination of shipments and deliveries, and ensuring timely availability of the right products to meet customer demands, including equipment decommissioning.

Manage the receiving process for computer hardware and accessories.

Act as the inventory coordinator for general receiving operations in the Information Services storehouse, including customer orders and project equipment.

Responsibilities encompass receiving, pricing, quality assurance, inventory upkeep, and on-time deliveries.

Assist in shipping and receiving of computer hardware and accessories when required.

Operate delivery trucks to transport computer hardware and accessories to various sites.

Assumes the crucial responsibility of making equipment deliveries for various projects. This ensures the timely delivery of the right technology to the correct destinations, supporting project timelines and enhancing operational efficiency.

Handles the decommissioning of surplus computing equipment and accessories, scheduling pickup times in collaboration with facilities.

Experience conducting escalated, broad technical support including hardware and software tests, analyzing test results, and producing reports of conclusions and recommendations.
A Bachelor's Degree in related area; and/or equivalent experience/training.
Professional experience, and proven success, providing information systems support and management in a large scale organization.

At least 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.

Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $57,942 - $93,208 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $27.75 - $44.64
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
