Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities
- RFIs
- Submittals
- Assisting the Project manager in scheduling
- Assisting the Project Manager in budgeting
- Keep an accurate log of project progress ensuring that deadlines and milestones are routinely met
- Stakeholder engagement
- Site Supervision
- Material ordering
- Assist purchasing in material procurement, vendor management and contract negotiations
Experience Required
- At least 1 year of experience working in the civil construction industry
- Should have prior experience working for a contractor or general contractor with experience in concrete, grading, earthwork, foundations, landscaping or a similar field
- Site based experience is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar related field is preferred but not essential
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
