We are looking for a talented Supply Specialist who will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the Supply Warehouse which involves receiving, inventorying, and distributing materials and supplies necessary to the efficient operation of the Borax Plan

Reporting to the Supervisor of Maintenance and Services and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:

Transporting materials and supplies to appropriate delivery locations.

Conducting inventory surveys of materials and supplies on hand.

Determining reorder points and performs economic order quantity calculations.

Initiating file changes on stocked items.

Performing clerical tasks such as receipt inputs for inbound shipments and return-to-stores inputs, compiling and typing reports, filing documents, and entering data.

Operating equipment as detailed below and as required by job duties.

Adhering to and site-wide support Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality compliance standards

What you’ll bring

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

High School diploma or GED
-
Valid state driver license
-
Must be able to read and write English and possess good, basic mathematical skills

Prior experience in inventory control and warehousing is preferred

Must be computer literate. Must be detail-oriented and able to function in a fast-paced

environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a courteous, efficient manner
