Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages and updates data in various customer portals.
- Manages and updates data in company database.
- Audit to ensure accuracy of information in all internal and external systems.
- Monitor and track the movement of shipments using company routing software.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to communicate shipment details and resolve logistical issues.
- Communicates directly with customers to provide details regarding product and delivery information.
- Receive and document customer inquiries relating to shipment status and order detail.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.

Job Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Available to work 8AM – 5PM.
Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
