Order Entry/Customer Service Representative Needed:
Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. (Saturdays as needed)
Pay rate: $18.00-$19.00+ D.O.E *Temp to Hire Position*
Overview:
Working for a Hat/Cap Distribution center located here in the city of Ontario CA, Looking for candidates that are willing to grow and expand within the company. Long term temp to hire position, once hired on benefits are offered. job will consist of interacting with customers from all parts of the Country. Making sure all customers are being provided a great customer service and great quality of work.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with databases for retrieving and updating customer information.
- Skilled in data entry to input customer details efficiently.
