At CG Smile in Miami, we share a passion for creating gorgeous smiles. Our practice is the home of the CG Smile Makeover, a multidisciplinary suite of dental services that help bring out the best in patients’ smiles. In addition to our cosmetic services, CG Smile also offers preventive dentistry, restorations, endodontic care, general dentistry, and orthodontics. This is a growing practice with heavy emphasis on dental veneers. The practice has experienced tremendous growth and is prime for potential expansion. Unlike other oral surgical practices, we market directly to our customers.
Role Overview
In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls per day and focusing on closing sales to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the company. The ideal candidate must have a background in sales, call center experience preferred, and needs to have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities
- Answering inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls (averaging 150 calls per day)
- Identify/ Schedule qualified prospects for consultation
- Provide prospects with detailed information about Dental Implants/Veneers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately enter all data about prospect’s information
- Online chat with prospects including but not limited to Social Media Platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in CG Smile
- Send information packets to scheduled prospects prior to visit
- Address caller needs in timely fashion, answer questions, set scheduled consultation
Qualifications
- Superior sales skills over the phone focusing on building a relationship and "Closing the Sale"
- Strong communication and rapport building skills
- Self-motivation, drive and initiative
- Able to educate consumers on products and service
- Engaging and friendly; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Dental knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $54,368.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
