Total Rewards & Benefits
At Colville we understand that there is more to your bottom-line than the dollars going into your pocket, it's the bills, and insurance, and out-of-pocket expenses. As a company who emulates our Core Values of Family and Safety, Colville has crafted a benefits package intended to take a holistic view to your earnings that includes your wages and all of the contributions Colville makes. Our Benefits team has taken care to design a self-insured benefit plan to take care of you and your family while keeping premium and out-of-pocket costs down. When you are a regular full-time employee with Colville you'll have access to our self-insured plan the first of the month following 60 Days of active service. This plan includes access to a variety of plans below, all specifically chosen to support you and your loved ones through health issues, preventative care, and growing families. We know that not all of our work force lives in Alaska, and those who do live in the great Northern state love to escape, so our network is accessible nation-wide and not limited to Alaska-based care.
