optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential clients
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
* Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
* Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
* Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
* Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
* Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall
business
* Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
* Track and report on the status of proposal components
* Conduct ongoing market research
* Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
* Drive the end-to-end sales process
* Prepare and submit sales contracts
* Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labor and
equipment
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
* Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame
* Assessing the risk levels associated with a project
* Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be
done
* Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers
* Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays
within the estimated costs
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree a must, masters preferred.
* Read and write English
* Scheduling software, Excel, Procore
* At least 4-6 years of experience in a Business Development role
* At least 4-6 years of experience in an Estimating role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of
software packages
* Prior experience with business-to-business sales and a demonstrated ability
to achieve sales goals.
* Experience in project management, industrial technology, supply-chain
management and logistics.
* Prior experience specific to the industry.
