The job of a customer service representative is to act as a vital link between SPR Agri and its customers. Their primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing assistance with orders in a timely and professional manner. Customer service representatives serve as frontline representatives of the company, handling various communication channels directly with customers and in conjunction with outside sales representatives. They must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer needs and concerns. Overall, customer service representatives play a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and fostering loyalty to the organization.

Responding to inquiries from customers regarding order status, shipments, quality claims etc.

Support of sales representatives with order placement, order status, incoming and current inventory, freight quotes, etc.

Follow up with all sales orders and production processes through to order completion.

Order processing, initiation of item creation in the ERP system.

Resolution of customer claims, credits, returns.

Placing of purchase orders with production plants

Management of order placement and container cubing with plants in Spain

Coordination and tracking of shipping and logistics, import documentation for all products.

Reporting of sales data to sales management

Guidance and lead communication of the internal credit process and customer creation

Submittance, follow up and communication of credit insurance inquiries.

Past due invoice and credit status reporting to sales representatives and customers

Organization of marketing materials, samples, trade shows and other marketing initiatives

Feedback collection for continuous improvement of all processes

Collaboration across all departments

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

5 plus years of customer service experience

Must be a positive and energetic individual that has the ability to work well with all levels of an organization.
