Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an office environment that ensures professionalism, optimal patient care and customer service;
Treatment plan comprehensive treatment plans;
Oversee and supervise front and back office staff positions;
Must be knowledgeable in all front office positions to train and onboard front office positions;
Carry out policies and procedures and keeping each position accountable to their job duties; This would include new employee on-boarding, AR, insurance claims, etc.
Recruitment, retention and termination of staff, work with HR to assess, investigate and resolve employee issues.
Process dental insurance claims, work with HMO and PPO dental plans, and present dental treatment plans to patients.
Maintain advanced knowledge of software systems to compile, store and retrieve data for managerial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant state dental laws, ensure a safe work environment by complying with all local, state and federal health and safety regulations and laws, and ensure compliance with office and company policy and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to support the office/company.
Who We're Looking For:
· Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar role in healthcare management 3+ years.
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well and make sure others are getting the task done well;
Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in office management software and patient management systems.
· A commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Qualifications:
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and platforms;
Must be a Self-Starter and Inspired to perform without outside help;
Leadership experience 3+ years;
Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedure;
