RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Martial arts Instructor is primarily responsible for contributing to the following areas:
- Provide personalized fitness and tailored workout plans for clients based on their goals, abilities and health considerations.
- Demonstrate and guide clients on proper techniques and equipment usage, ensuring safety to achieve effective results.
- Lead and conduct group martial arts and fitness classes, motivating participants ensuring they are engaged throughout the session.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans accordingly while providing ongoing support and encouragement.
- Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support clients towards achieving their martial arts and fitness goals.
- Stay informed about latest trends with fitness and wellness, incorporating new techniques and exercises into training sessions.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new clients and member retention
- Clean and organized maintenance of the studio in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Professional and exceptional customer service

Candidates should have a desire to work in the martial arts and fitness industry, martial arts qualification and training experience required. Sales experience recommended, but not mandatory. The compensation package align with industry standards and the value based on employees' contribution
