Glenhaven Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Glenhaven provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
JRI Provides Training So That:
- YOU will be able to oversee Glenhaven’s education department in hiring, supervising, team-teaching as part of supervision, evaluation and training, unit planning, curriculum planning, technology integration, IEP development, development and oversight of related systems to support these tasks.
- YOU will be able to work in tandem with Glenhaven’s Clinical, Nursing, Residential Department and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of supportive and enriching programmatic services and to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
- YOU will be able to provide leadership as a meeting chair, public school liaison, and among others.

Requirements:
- Masters in Special Education, or a related field required.
- MA DESE license in Moderate Disabilities, grades 5-12 required.
- A MA DESE Special Education Administrator license is required.
- Supervisory experience in an administrative or leadership role.
- Residential setting or Group Home experience strongly preferred.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
