About us
Ghosal Luxury Lodging (www.ghosallodging.com) is a highly rated luxury vacation rental company in the Smoky Mountains. Our KEY differentiator from other management companies is that we OWN all the cabins we manage – which means not only do we keep our properties in perfect shape, but also provide a level of personal attention to our guests this is unheard of in the area! (It also means that you will be dealing with a SINGLE owner for all the properties, that is highly motivated to support you in doing your job!)
Our properties are BRAND NEW and packed with amenities like indoor heated pool, hot tubs, movie theater, game room (w/pool table) and a variety of arcade games. We leverage technology and tools to be able to work smart including smart locks, smart thermometers, pool sensors, noise monitors and scheduling/remote monitoring software tools. With only twenty high end properties, we provide our employees with a healthy work/life balance.
Even more exciting, we are developing multiple micro-lodging/Tiny Home parks called Sojourn Resorts. Our homes resemble cute cottages built on a transportable frame. The first Sojourn is under construction in Gatlinburg and will be ready for opening in Summer 2024. With around 30 homes, it will include amenities like viewing decks, hot tubs, food trucks, walking trails, fire pits – everything you would need for an unforgettable vacation. Other Sojourn Resorts are slated to open in Chattanooga, Asheville, Shenandoah, Savannah and other exciting locations.
We are building a crack team of professionals that are in the top 5% in their field and are looking for a challenging yet highly rewarding career change with plenty of growth opportunity. We are small enough where YOUR voice will be heard and your contribution will be visible and valued by the team. Led by a highly successful E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, you will be part of a team that is poised to achieve greater heights and be part of their success!
