As the Executive Sous Chef at Relish Catering Kitchen, you’ll work collaboratively with the District Manager, General Manager and Kitchen Staff to enhance our client experiences.
You will have the opportunity to:
-Successfully manage a catering kitchen
-Coordinate and plan the logistics of a variety of events, in partnership with our district manager, general manager and kitchen staff
The right person will have:
-Experience with catering/banquet service
-A high school diploma – with college education being a plus
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Experience with Microsoft office/Catering software a plus
-Strong organization, project management and time management skills
-Ability to work independently, think on your feet, be flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
The position will pay between a base of $50,000 to $53,000 per year plus tips and the possibility of additional bonuses.

- Manage all of the catering and hospitality needs of our off site catering clients
- Coordinate and execute a variety of menus on a daily basis
- Strong leadership skills in the kitchen
- Be able to present and set up prepared catering dishes, beverage service
- Be able to effectively communicate with client to serve all needs
- Grow our business through creative menu offerings
- Manage the kitchen staff
- Accounting and Procurement
Requirements
- Perform a high level of hospitality to variety of clients and guests
- 5+ years of experience working in a high volume kitchen
- Have written and verbal English abilities
- Have a high school diploma
- Have prior hospitality or catering experience
- Have great communication skills
- Be friendly and positive
