Social Media & Content Manager Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging conversion-focused content and visual assets for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others. Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to create high-quality graphics and videos. Implement automated posting and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely updates.
- Copywriting Responsibilities: Craft engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, bios, and profiles, ensuring alignment with brand voice. Develop compelling calls-to-action and optimize content for SEO to drive engagement and conversions. Integrate copy with visual content and stay updated on industry trends to enhance messaging.
- Campaign Management: Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote projects and initiatives for our brands, consisting of but not limited to Allied Development and VestRight. Develop strategic campaign plans, set objectives, define target audiences to achieve desired outcomes. Strict adherence and understanding of platform policies, best practices, and advertising disclosures required.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers and fans on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive community around our brands, initiating and participating in conversations with users.
- Brand Building: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across social media channels. Develop and create content that reflects Allied Development and VestRight's values, mission, and unique selling propositions, positioning us as a thought leader and trusted partner in the industry. Develop and create content tailored to the owner's personal brand and audience.
- Profile Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize social media profiles to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. Update bios, profile pictures, cover photos, and links to maintain a cohesive and professional online presence. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance profile discoverability and engagement. Ensure profiles reflect current campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry experts to amplify our brands and reach a wider audience. Develop creative briefs and measure the impact of those campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of omni-channel strategies and campaigns. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Continuously test and iterate on content formats, messaging, targeting strategies, and automation funnels to optimize conversion rates and ROI. Support with media buying and ad campaigns across various platforms. Work with leadership to sync organic social with paid ads. Support with optimizing ad spend and strategies to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Conversation Automation: Develop and manage conversation automation funnels using tools like ManyChat and GoHighLevel to enhance customer engagement and streamline lead generation processes. Implement chatbots and automated responses to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Social Media & Content Manager Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of Social Media and Content Management experience. preferably in the real estate industry or driving conversion funnels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, trends, and best practice, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Proven track record of growing audiences on social media for both personal and business brands, leveraging strategies that enhance engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy tailored to various social media platforms, with strong skills in creating compelling calls-to-action, optimizing content for SEO, and maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to engagement.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing analytics tools to inform decision-making and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in media production tools and software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and other graphic design tools.
Job Results (Accomplishments of the Role):
The Social Media & Content Manager is expected to increase leads and conversions, successfully launch and manage omni-channel marketing campaigns that achieve set objectives and drive measurable results. A key accomplishment will be co-developing and implementing a cohesive performance marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility and aligns with business goals. This includes leveraging automated posting, content calendars, paid social strategies, and conversation automation funnels to maximize efficiency and impact. You will also successfully develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that enhances brand visibility and aligns with business goals. The manager will establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media platforms, building and fostering a positive, interactive community around our brands to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. Additionally, they will identify and collaborate with key influencers and industry experts to amplify brand reach and credibility. Regular analysis of social media performance metrics will be crucial, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve ROI. They will ensure all social media content adheres to platform policies, best practices, and advertising disclosures, maintaining the integrity and compliance of our online presence.
Compensation Package:
- The compensation package for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the successful candidate’s fit within our organization.
