Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Requirements:
*High school diploma or GED. *Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (3 years preferred). *Experience in start-ups and/or moving and transportation companies is a plus. *Proficiency in G-suite tools (such as Gmail and Docs), and Slack. *Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. *Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. *Ability to work effectively in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
*Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone and email. *Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed. *Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. *Contribute to the development of knowledge resources and support materials. *Adapt to evolving job responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the role.

Hours of operation are Monday-Sunday from 8 am to 9 pm. The Customer Support Specialists will work 4 days on and have 3 days off.
