Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Elizabeth Truck Center, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is neat and organized
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Assist with office tasks such as filing and scanning
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in basic office tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Speak Spanish

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
