Job Description:

- Engaging with Customers: Provide helpful and friendly assistance with product inquiries and questions.
- Order Support: Offer detailed and supportive information regarding orders to our valued clients.
- Live Chat Assistance: Address customer queries in real-time through dynamic and interactive live chat.
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear, prompt, and effective communication via email.
- Operational Efficiency: Complete daily reports and lists to prevent production delays and ensure timely shipments.

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to excel in these areas and will subsequently be assigned to key account teams, where they will contribute to the growth of existing client relationships.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing the flow of internal production orders to ensure timely processing.
- Working closely with our art team to create virtual product samples and order art proofs, contributing to the creative and visual aspects of our service.
