CINTIMA is an Intimacy Coordinator Training Organization accredited by SAG-AFTRA. We train Intimacy Coordinators for Film and Television, with a focus on Queer and BIPOC identities.

Position Title: Social Media Manager, RemoteCompensation: $25/hour + Project-based Fees, Contract/Freelance, 6-8 hours/week
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategic content plans, managing social media profiles, and developing marketing materials. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of analytics, and hands-on experience with content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic content plan for CINTIMA Social Media Platforms (including reels)
- Develop and execute monthly newsletter
- Oversee Digital Profile Management for Instagram
- Community Engagement in social media platforms
- Analytics and Reporting
Must be Proficient in the following: (these are tools we currently use)
- Airtable
- Figma (we will train)
- Later
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to maintain communication, organization, and deliver tasks on time
