Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships
- Provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate insurance plans
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Assist clients in filing claims and processing necessary paperwork
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with sales administration processes
- Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus
-Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse clients
