We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Train, develop, and supervise staff members
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Utilize sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Operate cash registers and maintain financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers
- Experience in interviewing and training development
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and performing clerk duties
- Knowledge of stock management and market trends
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls
